Well, let me tell you, not often do I give this award out, it's actually very special. From now on, only a few percent of people receive my award, so please don't think you can get away with winning if you know your homepage doesn't stand a chance. If you are having second thoughts, try for Michele's Good Job Award, it's easier to win that award. You can apply for it, or you might be lucky enough for me to stumble on it and like it so much! =) By the way, I am very sorry if it takes a while to get a response from me, I am way too busy. • Not too many frames, I hate frames.

• Not that much java or background-sound, it annoys me.

• No heavy pictures
